Nauseous or Uncomfortable when Enjoying Fried Foods?

Why do I feel nauseated every time I eat? Do you enjoy french fries occasionally, but suffer afterwards with an uncomfortable nauseous feeling that seems to radiate into the head?

When we eat fats and oils the gallbladder sends out soap (bile) to break down the fats and oils. The gallbladder likes good quality oils. Enjoy extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, grass fed butter, flax oil, sesame oil. A small amount of these good quality oils at each meal will keep the gallbladder moving strong. How much is a small amount? That depends on each individual person. If you're sensitive to fats and oils then omit all fats and oils for 2 days then begin with 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil at each meal and slowly increase, backing off if you feel clogged.

The goal is to increase the amount of bile flowing through the gallbladder to clean the gallbladder and break down the fats and oils.

In conventional medicine, the solution is to stop eating all fats and oils. This works in the short term, but makes things worse in the long term. If a person limits fats and oils then bile production slows down and stones are more likely to build up in the gallbladder. In severe cases gallstones can rupture the gallbladder and cause internal bleeding. This is why it's important to improve gallbladder function very slowly.

If the discomfort isn't painful then there are additional herbal and oil therapies to help the gallbladder to function well again so you can enjoy quality oils on a regular basis and the occasional bowl of french fries without any problems.
