Yogurt Curry Dressing



  • 1/2 cup whole milk plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 2 tablespoons Water

  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!


This recipe brings me back - The Seagull Restaurant in Mendocino made this dressing in the late 80's and it was fabulous as a dip for bread. Jump forward 30 years and the Yogurt Shop in Mendocino was near my office and had a nice salad bar with this dressing. Both are closed down now - is there a new restaurant utilizing this great combination?
